Spc. Bryan Raynes, motor transport operator and native of Charlotte, N.C., assigned to the 846th Transportation Company, 812th Transportation Battalion, 518th Sustainment Brigade, leads his company’s trucks to an unloading station at Fort Drum, New York on May 29. With the assistance of Active Duty Soldiers from Fort Drum the unloading of the 25 trucks took only three hours. The transportation company moved dozens of Humvees and other equipment as part of Exercise Nationwide Move 15. The annual exercise is an Army Reserve approved functional training exercise designed to provide Reserve Component transportation units with valuable, realistic training, by conducting real-world operations in support of Continental United States (CONUS) activities.
