Sgt. Yensi Gonzalez, of San Pablo, Calif., takes aim through the sites of a M198 howitzer during an artillery training exercise, Aug. 22, at Forward Operating Base Hammer, Iraq, located outside eastern Baghdad. For most of the deployment they have been doing patrols and acting more like an infantry regiment. Gonzalez is a cannon crew member assigned to Battery A, 1st Battalion, 319th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad.
