The F-4C "Phantom" static display receives a new coat from of paint from Darrell Beckett June 4, 2015, to more accurately demonstrate the original appearance of the airframe. This static display is one of many located at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Ark., that depicts the rich flying heritage of the 188th Wing.
