    Staff Sgt. Fernando J. Delgado fires pepper spray on Lance Cpl. Saul Tapia May 11 during Korean Marine Exchange Program 15-11 at Pohang, Republic of Korea. After being sprayed, the Marines ran a small circuit course where they use a series of kicks, punches and takedown techniques to detain the simulated enemies.
