Second Lt. Aaron K. Hew Len from the Hawaii National Guard’s 93rd Civil Support Team finalizing plans for the decontamination team’s response and responsibilities as part of a chlorine leak scenario at Pier 29 on June 4, 2015 as part of the Vigilant Guard/Makani Pahili 2015 exercise.
