Maj. Michael Pettibone, 301st Airlift Squadron, conducts a pre-flight brief to the aircrew June 6, 2015 prior to the flight that would transport Army troops and cargo to Ft. Hunter Liggett, Calif. The 301st AS provided airlift in a C-17 Globemaster III as part of the 349th Air Mobility Wing's Air Force Specialty Code training. More than 70 California Army Guardsmen, four Humvees and one truck were transported from Mather Air Force Base to Fort Hunter Liggett as part of the earthquake exercise scenario.
