    Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Command Master Chief Brian Farricy passes the NMCB-74 Command Flag to Petty Officer 1st Class Joshua Lynch, master-at-arms, to be hoisted during a turnover ceremony. On Aug. 18, NMCB-74 relieved NMCB-5 at Camp Natasha in Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan and has assumed the responsibility of supporting the NATO International Security Assistance Force providing host nation construction support and security.
