BALTIMORE (June 13, 2015) Engineman 2nd Class Jon Forrester, assigned to Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Baltimore, waits for a maritime prepositioning force utility boat to escort personnel to Baltimore's Harborplace Amphitheater prior the Navy Reserve Centennial ceremony June 13. The event was part of a year-long celebration where NOSCs around the U.S. host ceremonies to highlight the history of the Navy Reserve and its mission to deliver operational capability, and strategic depth to the Navy, Marine Corps and Joint Services.
