A soldier with the Belize Defence Force practices a choke hold on U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Deric Raven, a military policeman with 2nd Law Enforcement Battalion out of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C. Raven is one of many service members from the U.S. and the Caribbean participating in Phase II of Tradewinds 2015 in Belize. Tradewinds 2015 is a joint exercise conducted with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
