Sgt. Anthony Cornelius shoots an M32 40 mm grenade launcher May 28 during Fuji Warrior at the Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan. The weapon system holds six grenade cartridges and fires at a rate of three rounds per second with a maximum effective range of 800 meters. Fuji Warrior is conducted to instill the Marine Corps ethos of “Every Marine is a rifleman.” This training provides Marines with Headquarters Regiment, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force the opportunity to conduct combat training relevant to current operating environments.
