Chief Petty Officer James Bryan, a builder attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Training Department, knocks out a set of dumbbell flys during his evening physical fitness routine in the gym at Camp Natasha, Afghanistan. The gym, built by Seabees, allows the battalion to maintain physical fitness, which is essential to their readiness. NMCB-74 is deployed to Afghanistan supporting the NATO International Security Assistance Force and is one of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command warfighting support elements providing construction support.
