Senior enlisted adviser to the assistant adjutant general Army presents the deploying Soldiers of the Florida Army National Guard's Detachment 8 Operational Support Airlift Agency (OSACOM Det) with a state of Florida flag to carry with them on their nine-month deployment to Kuwait.
