As Lt. Col. Kristan Hericks of the 419th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, dons a 10th Sustainment Brigade combat patch on the shoulder of Sgt. Christopher Franklin, from Moses Lake, Wash., Spc. Cesar Seanez also of Moses Lake, and Spc. Donald Blair a native of Othello, Wash. stand at attention waiting for their turn to receive the shoulder insignia. Spc. Jason Garcia who hails from Las Vegas, was given the honor of carrying the combat insignia patches for the 1161st Transportation Co. ceremony.
