U.S. Army Sgt. Dustin Cockrum, from Everett, Wash., and First Sergeant Richard Mitchell, from Jasper, Ind., assigned to 2nd Battalion, 28th Infantry Division, provide security during the hand over of seven water distribution trucks to the citizens of Babil province.
