150630-N-IO284-157 ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 30, 2015) Seaman Recruit Russell Blanton and Boatswain's Mate Seaman Jasmint Villasenor signal a landing craft air cushion (LCAC) in the well deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). The Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) are participating in ARG/MEUEX, a scenario-based amphibious integration exercise, in preparation for a future deployment.
