Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Rick West administers the oath of enlistment to Petty Officer 2nd Class Steven Leguillow, builder, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Alfa Company. MCPON West participated in the reenlistment ceremony during his visit to Camp Leatherneck where the Seabees of NMCB-74 are deployed supporting NATO's International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan.
