Heidi Brown, deputy commanding general for Sustainment, Multi-National Coalition - Iraq, during her visit to Forward Operating Base Delta, in southern Iraq, Sept. 16. The visit was part of ongoing evaluations of U.S. bases leading to troop withdrawal.
