150702-N-CQ428-070 ARABIAN GULF (July 2, 2015) – Aviation Support Equipment Technician 3rd Class Kayla Torres, from Passaic, N.J., and Aviation Support Equipment Technician 3rd Class Charles Lazenby, from Monclova, Ohio remove broken bolts from the P-25 mobile firefighting unit to prevent Foreign Objet Debris (FOD) in the hangar bay aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). Theodore Roosevelt is deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
