SAN DIEGO (July 2, 2015) Senior Chief Master-at-Arms Travis Winfield and Culinary Specialist Seaman Erika Gilmore preform a ceremonial ribbon cutting during the commissioning of Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Crew 106. The members of LCS Crew 106 became qualified through various trainings, schools and at sea exercises to prepare for their duties as a rotational LCS crew.
