An AH-1W Super Cobra from Marine Light/Attack Helicopter Squadron 169, Marine Aircraft Group 40, Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Afghanistan, flies over Helmand province during an aerial mission Sept. 2. The Super Cobra is traditionally accompanied by a UH-1N Huey, and the two helicopters provide aerial fire support for ground troops throughout southern Afghanistan.
