Australian service members with 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, ground their gear on the flight deck after coming aboard the USS Ashland (LSD 48), July 9, 2015. The Australians are scheduled to conduct amphibious assault training with the Marines of Echo Company, Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, as part of Talisman Sabre 2015.
