Staff Sgt. David Crum, Survey and Design Engineer with the 774th Engineer Company out of Trenton, Tenn., finishes setting up his equipment to properly place flags needed to mark specific points on one of the many sites being constructed here at Training Range Novo Selo, Bulgaria in support of Operation Resolute Castle 15, which is part of Atlantic Resolve. Atlantic Resolve provides the 4th Infantry Division the opportunity to work and train alongside our NATO allies and demonstrates the United States’ commitment to the NATO Alliance.
