On a rainy day, a reporter from the TV station Habar asks Staff Sgt. Jessica Poirrier, Third Army/U.S. Army Central Paralegal non-commissioned officer, a question about army life during a visit to the Steppe Eagle exercise at Camp Illisky, Kazakhstan, Sept. 22. Steppe Eagle is an information exchange between the U.S., British, and Kazakhstan army that is maintaining forces' abilities to talk with one another while working in a coalition environment.
