(July 7, 2015) International students work on an outboard motor as part of the Outboard Motor Maintenance and Overhaul course at Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS). The course provides students the training necessary to maintain, repair and extend the service lifecycle of outboard motors. NAVSCIATTS is a Department of the Navy schoolhouse that operates under the U.S. Special Operations Command, which trains and educates Partner Nation Security Forces on a wide range of topics including small craft strategy, operations, communications, weapons, maintenance and instructor development.
