Scott Tasin, commanding officer, USS Comstock (LSD 45) welcomes Sally Ann Zoll, United Through Reading (UTR) chief executive officer, and Bill Mohlenbrock before a shipboard tour of USS Comstock (LSD 45). Comstock was one of the first ships to have hosted the UTR program at sea. This year celebrates 25 years of serving deployed Sailors, Marines and Soldiers.
