Seaman Apprentice Adan Michels, Tactical Electron Attack Squadron 137 plane captain, looks over the tail of an EA-6B Prowler as part of a pre-flight inspection Sept. 24 during Gunfighter Flag. The EA-6B Prowlers from the VAQ-137 out of Whidbey Island NAS, Wash., participated as friendly "blue air" forces during the exercise. Gunfighter Flag, which ran from Sept. 14 through 24, was Mountain Home's first ever large-scale, multi-national exercise which brought more than 450 personnel from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and Canadian air force to Mountain Home.
