Louis Scott, USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) maintenance officer, reads the discharge letter to Master Chief Avionics Technician Jean-Martial Previllon during his re-enlistment ceremony on the Floating Accommodation Facility. Lincoln is currently undergoing Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) at Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries.
