    150316-N-WZ747-163: BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 16, 2015) Machinist's Mate 1st Class Johnson Benjamin, a Sailor assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), creates a lantern with a resident of Cheon-ma Jae-hwal-won during an arts and crafts session, March 16. Cheon-ma Jae-hwal-won, a home for intellectually challenged individuals, fosters the development of children and adults to prepare them for life in society. Frank Cable is in Busan for a port visit that has included several community service events and military to military engagements designed to strengthen partnership with the Republic of Korea navy. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
