Truman is underway conducting carrier qualifications and Tailored Ship's Training Availability (TSTA) off the east coast of the United States. TSTA is the first combined training event of a ship's inter-deployment training cycle that tests and evaluates shipboard drills, including general quarters, damage control, medical and fire drills.
