150508-N-VH054-029 Construction Electrician 1st Class Petty Officer Clinton Suggs was designated as an honorary chief petty officer at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, May 8, 2015. Suggs, a former Underwater Construction Team Detachment November Mike 85, was one of six divers held hostage for 19 days after Hezbollah terrorists hijacked their commercial TWA flight in 1985.
