New York Army National Guard Soldiers from Company A, 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, headquartered in Lockport, N.Y., operate an All Terrain Lifter Army System (ATLAS) to place a pallet of concertina wire during the 27th Infantry Bridge Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercise at Fort Drum, N.Y., July 12.
