Chris Barron, commander, 7th Eng. Bn., 4th BCT, 1st Armd. Div., and native of Goshen, N.Y., Sept. 6, on Route Arnhem near the border of Dhi Qar and Maysan provinces in Iraq. In the background is a temporary steel bridge that will be replaced by the concrete one in October. The 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division is deployed from Fort Bliss, Texas, to Maysan province in Iraq, where they advise and assist Iraqi security forces.
