Sgt. Maj. Ronnie L. Harrison, the Marine Aircraft Group 26 sergeant major, says "Leaders aren't those who strive to be first, but those who are first to strive," in regards to a period of professional military education held by Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 3. VMAQ-3 took a different approach to professional military education that required Marines to stand up in front of their peers and creatively enact scripted scenarios that Marines may encounter in their lives.
