Frank Donovan watches as the deommissioning crew of USS Nashville (LPD 13) departs the ship for the final time during the decommissioning ceremony held in honor of Nashville. After more than 39 years of dedicated service to the fleet, Nashville was decommisioned during a ceremony aboard Naval Station Norfolk.
