Staff Sgt. Jacob Payton, a member of the 155th Explosive Ordnance Disposal shop, packages blocks of C-4 explosives together and attaches them to military munitions placed in a hole in preparation of disposal and detonation. The EOD shop traveled to Weeping Water, Neb., to dispose of and detonate military munitions gathered from law enforcement agencies around the state of Nebraska, July 17.
