Pierce left Washington as part of a mass deployment across Southwest Asia in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Housemna, as well as several Reservists from the 446th Airlift Wing, accompanied the team to the airport for moral support. By the Fourth of July, more than 40 personnel from the squadron will be deployed.
