    Sgt. 1st Class Richard Frost from the Hawaii National Guard's Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear, or high-yield explosive Enhanced Response Force Package , preparing to load the CERFP trailer a C-17 Globemaster III, in support of humanitarian effort to American Samoa, on 30 September 2009, at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. The equipment was loaded onto two C-17s, along with approximately 100 military personnel, in an effort to provide aid for the island nation, which was struck by an earthquake and tsunami Sept. 29.
