Armed Forces Bosnia and Herzegovina Pvt. Slobodan Vuković gives remarks after receiving his U.S. Army Ranger tab during a recognition ceremony July 30, 2015, in Banja Luka, BiH. Vuković is the first soldier in his country to be awarded the prestigious tab after successfully completing U.S. Army Ranger School. Vuković said he was honored to have the opportunity to attend the one of the best schools in the world, and use lessons learned to put him in leadership positions to help his unit and peers.
