Command Sgt. Maj. Mariano Alvarez, the outgoing senior enlisted leader of the Division Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, hands the DHHB colors over to Lt. Col. Jason Edwards, the outgoing commander, DHHB, during the DHHB Change of Command and Change of Responsibility ceremony held here at Cottrell Field, July 29.
