Charles Cousin, a cargo specialist with the 441st Transportation Company (Seaport Operations), directs the movement of a cargo container that is being transported to a tractor trailer during the Big Logistics-Over-The-Shore (BIGLOTS) exercise on Military Ocean Terminal Concord, Calif., Aug. 1, 2015. Soldiers of the 441st Trans. Company provided logistical support and transportation services to more than 750 Army Reserve Soldiers for the two-week long training exercise.
