Oregon Army National Guard Chief Warrant Officer 4 Dennis Cooper, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Logan Bass, pilots, and crew chief Spc. Beth Bechard, with Charlie Company, 7-158th Aviation, return to the Roseburg Municipal Airport in an HH-60M Black Hawk helicopter after dropping water on target locations in support of fire suppression efforts at the Stouts Fire, Aug. 3, near Roseburg, Ore.
