Marines with 9th Engineer Support Battalion execute a M2 .50-caliber Browning machine gun unknown distance course of fire during Korean Military Exchange Program 15.9 at Rodriguez Live-Fire Complex, Republic of Korea, July 14, 2015. The Marines shot out of pillboxes and engaged simulated targets from as far as 800 meters away. The training reinforced the Marine Corps concept of “every Marine is a rifleman.” KMEP 15.9 focused on improving 9th ESB’s capabilities, along with improving relations across the Korean Peninsula.
