William Stepp, with 2nd Battalion, 238th Aviation Regiment — both assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East — participate in an Army Physical Fitness Test for the MNBG-E Soldier of the Month Competition Aug. 1, 2015, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The competition tested Soldiers’ physical fitness and knowledge of first aid, detainee operations and map reading and also included an appearance before an NCO leadership panel.
