SAN DIEGO (Aug. 7, 2015) – Sailors attached to Coastal Riverine Group 1 (CGR 1) listen to retired Cmdr. Bob Bolger, officer in charge of Patrol Fast Craft 99 (PCF-99) in I Corps, as he speaks about his experiences as an officer in Vietnam. Bolger’s unit was in the northern tactical zone of South Vietnam from 1966 -1967 and Bolger is now active in several veteran groups in the greater San Diego area. (U.S. Navy photo by MCSN Chelsea D.
