150808-N-KM939-020 PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 8, 2015) - Quartermaster 2nd Class Thomas Hoffman from Los Angeles, looks through the "Big Eyes" on the amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) while entering Saipan Harbor where the ship will provide disaster relief in Saipan after Typhoon Soudelor made landfall.
