The 78th "Lightning" Division color guard retires the last American flag that flew over Camp Kilmer during its inactivation ceremony. The 78th "Lightning" Division conducted the inactivation ceremony of the Sgt. Joyce Kilmer Army Reserve Center at Edison, N.J., on Oct 3. The 78th Division has called Camp Kilmer home since 1958. The 78th "Lightning" Division is currently moving its headquarters to the Maj. John P. Pryor Army Reserve Center at Army Support Activity Dix.
