Col. Raymond A. Kozak assumed command of the 349th Air Mobility Wing from Col. Matthew J. Burger. Kozak will lead more than 3,100 combat-ready Citizen Airmen, flying and maintaining the C-17 Globemaster III, C-5 Galaxy and KC-10 Extender mobility aircraft. Col. Matthew J.
