The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Stratton is greeted by their families after returning home to Alameda, California, following a four-month deployment to the Eastern Pacific. The Stratton’s crew recently offloaded 34 metric tons of seized cocaine, worth an estimated wholesale value of $1.01 billion, from 23 separate interdictions by Coast Guard cutters and Coast Guard law enforcement teams operating in known drug transiting zones.
