An AC-130H Spectre is towed down Independence Road on Hurlburt Field, Fla., Aug. 15, 2015. The Spectre was towed from the flightline and staged for installation in to the Hurlburt Field Air Park. The AC-130H fleet retired May 26, 2015, after more than 45 years of service. The installation process for this aircraft, known as “Wicked Wanda,” is set to be complete by Aug. 28, 2015.
