    345th Public Affairs Detachment

    Col. Regina Noeth, a medical-surgical nurse with the 4005th United States Army Hospital based out of Houston, Texas, provides medical counseling to local resident Deun Barnes in support of the West Black Belt Innovative Readiness Training Program in Selma, Ala.
